Packing lists and gear information:

One of the ways that I planned what to bring travelling was by perusing the packing lists of travel bloggers. It gives you an idea of the different styles of packing, minimalist to maximalist and everything in between. Maybe you’re comfortable travelling carry-on only, or maybe you need your entire wardrobe plus a hair dryer, there’s a backpack out there for you (who knew backpack size was measured in litres?)

One of my favourite travel packing resources is Travel Fashion Girl she features packing lists for every destination you can think of in every season. She’ll help you see that you don’t need a lot of clothes to look great. As of now she only does packing lists for women.

Another website that features a lot of packing information is Her Packing List again this site is targeted at female travellers.

Some travel bloggers will let you inside their own backpacks so you can get an idea of what it all looks like.
